The master-server rules will be modified: all insulting-related bans are the server admins' responsibility because of freedom of speech.
Servers will be banned for abusing admin, like before.
Clients will be banned for using cheats, like before, because it affects every server on the master-server, but insulting is between the clients and the servers alone.
