RE: Cube 2 Engine - {KE}bluwarguy - 2013-08-01 i agree with rxn about the tesseract engine. it seems perfect for what we're going to do. its got a smaller filesize than red eclipse because its a small modification to cube 2, plus red eclipse would have harder-to-do playermodels (have you seen the folder for them? its got a ton of animation files and junk that require a lot of work) another reason is that red eclipse doesnt work on my computer lol speaking of tesseract, maybe we should build off of this Cube Metalheart mod? RE: Cube 2 Engine - {KE}bluwarguy - 2013-08-03 i figured out why red eclipse keeps getting segfaults on my pc. it happens when i use the secondary firing mode of all weapons except the rifle, sword, and grenade. so unless real eclipse will have these, i will probably be able to play |
