First try on the game with AK47.Only 2 small fingers must be repositioned and whe I rig it such problem should not occur.

Note that only the left hand was changed,the right one is still valves hand,with no texture

I updated the mesh and now it is a hand with gloves that dont have fingers covered

I also changed the position of the thumb, becouse it should come out of the palm,not from the side of the hand!
I need ideas how should sleeves look like!
Texture is almost finished!

very nice!!! im liking this, good to see you making your own stuff buddy Smile major cookies.

also 8000 is a hell of allot! thats crysis engine standard Tongue you would need to do allot of optimization on that one.

hands are looking sweet too, better than mine, nice textures aswell, as dso pointed out scale the fingers down a bit, very fat looking, shouldnt affect the texture if you do that.
also how are you rigging it? if you would mind, could you send them to me so i can have a go?

I tried to rig them in blender.The rig was so shitty,weight painting went wrong and the tip of the thumb rotated my wrist!! I know,fucked up right.Anyways I am making new hands so no worries!
