What ports do I need to forward to run a server?
And is there anything else?
Can I also run a modded server on the MS or..?

You need to port-forward UDP ports 28770 and 28771.
You are allowed to run a modded server; however, it must comply with https://acrf.victorz.ca/announcement-2.html. For example, you cannot make one-shot kills for admins. You can make one-shot kills for everyone though, but it must be clearly stated.
