Moved IRC to Libera - Victor - 2024-01-24
Our IRC used to be on Freenode, which split into Freenode and Libera.
The original plan was to run OmnomIRC and connect to both Freenode and Libera, but now that it is working again, it is easier just to pick and use one network. Libera is more popular than Freenode, so it was selected.
I updated the IRC link on the ACR home page.
