This website is now powered by CloudFlare. This will provide extra speed improvements (using a static file CDN as well as another CDN), and filter out spammers more efficiently.
In addition, I updated the main page, and also created a country flags plugin for this forum. Your country code is based on ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 and will be uppercase if it has been changed after the installation.

I've seen the site go down. The CloudFlare service will try to serve older versions whenever it goes down. If the older version is not cached, it cannot serve it.
