They restored it because they didn't have any approval for copyright, and they are discussing our notability now (our article is probably going to be deleted).

AssaultCube uses ZLib license. AssaultCube Reloaded is GPL. ZLib and GPL are compatible licenses!
Also, even if it does violate license, why delete the article? Wikipedia page itself doesn't contain any material that violates copyright, and people still should be allowed to know about it.
What is their argument for deletion?

I've merged your post into the thread about this. They deleted the article because we aren't "notable", and they cannot find even one "reliable source" that has information about us.

Today, people tend to think "to make XXXX popular, it must have first its article in Wikipedia".
Actually, this is forbidden by the Wikipedia rules : Wikipedia can contribute to the popularity of something but not make it popular. This is an anti-spam rule.
Bref, to have an article on Wikipedia, ACR must become first enough popular.

wait, I think I know what you mean now. I remember victor saying once that the wikipedia articles were deleted. Did wikipedia also delete our ACR Wikia?
