PortableApps/LiberKey - ruler501 - 2013-08-15 I found out about AssaultCube through PortableApps and Liberkey. I think it might help our popularity to have them officially include us. I posted on the LiberKey forum requesting them to include us and offering any help needed to do so. On PortableApps there is already a beta version of ACR. I would love for this to become official. I'm not sure how to get it there though. I again offered to help. If anyone knows a way to help this process I would greatly love to hear it. I added the links below so you can see how it goes. I think Nightmare is the guy who manages the ACR on portable apps. He should really improve the description and the version. RE: PortableApps/LiberKey - Victor - 2013-08-15 Nightmare doesn't manage ACR on PortableApps. It's interesting how PortableApps can advertise these games. In fact, I myself found AC through PortableApps. Maybe one day, ACR will be in the official PortableApps. RE: PortableApps/LiberKey - asmanel - 2013-08-16 I just submitted ACR to Framakey, a French website similar to PortableApps and LiberKey. RE: PortableApps/LiberKey - ruler501 - 2013-08-16 I made an installer using the already existing one for ACR on PortableApps and have submitted it. I'll see where it goes from there, but I am asking for it to be made official. The portable version can be downloaded here https://assaultcuber.codeplex.com/downloads/get/718423 |
