Need help with reload animations

I cant get my gun to reload(actually siply pull it down for a while).I have managed to get the gun to aim but reload doesnt work.Maybe some1 could tell me step by steb how can i do tha animation in milkshape.I have some cool guns like Kriss and Aku waitnig to get reloaded

I thought that maybe ill upload the .ms3d file and someone wold make the animation.Then i could see WHEN and how the frames are set.
