The current one comes from OpenWarfare2 1.3, which is licensed under the Modder Ethical Public License 1.0. However, I suspect that they illegally took it from Activision and relicensed it under their permissive licence. But isn't that their problem and not ours? If it turns out that it came from Activision, then OpenWarfare2 gave us a false impression that they had rights to it.

We'd still have to stop using it if we were directly complained to, once it had been made clear that the OpenWarfare folks weren't allowed to distribute it under said license. EDIT: Which would be a pain.
