i am learning how to model

Hi all i am going to learn how to model weapons and such. I already know the basics of milkshape and have modified the m21 into a classic m14 without rails and a new wooden stock texture. I need someone tht can animate and make textures. Any tips would also be appreciated. When i get home i will upload the 'm14' model for someone to animate. (for some reason the animations didnt stay) im also working to convert some cs 1.6 user made weapons. Just need an animator.
