Well Im not that good as Padge1 (those m16 reload animatiions=so sexy) but I can manage with basic animations.Maybe your problem with animations and keyframes is that You dont write the frames to md3.cfg file.Keep in mind that in milkshape hte framees start at 1. but in the ACR and md3.cfg from 0.So if we have a gun idle 0 2 2 line in md3.cfg.that means in miks hape we have 3 frames:1.the position of the gun without ADS.2 and 3 is ADS..Upload the moddel and then PM me.Ill send You the md3.cfg and ms3d filoe so You can see how it is done!
