So a scoped M16 would be too op? Why not do it this way:
->Damage like AK
->Fire rate about 2 shots/second
->Unscoped accuracy like M21
->Recoil like M16
If done so you could kill the enemy very fast (3-4 shots at his body, ~2 sec) IF HE STANDS STILL.
The low fire rate makes it hard to hit him if he moves. An opponent that does not move can be one-hit killed with knife or rpg as second weapon even faster, so it would not be to op and would be only useful at bigger distances.
