Need help with mapmodels and clips

Decided to make a couple of mapmodels.Skins are working and all but my mapmodel already has a clip in it.How can I get rid of it?!


I can move the model in milkshape so the clip could stay under the stall but the problem is that I am already making clothesline model and there the clip box is on the ground an blocking the player!What should I do??
