Looks like we have the source of the Problem with the Evo.
The model cannot be modified while it has animations, I can merge the new tag and the animations into a singular model, but then there is restrictions about the ammount of vertices in model (importing the Evo into Misfit Automatically Triangulates the Model, which results in extra vertices, double polygons, etc) Blender won't import it bc it it wont retriangulate the model and append the animations with the import i have set.
There are are 3 alternatives


The Model with no Reload Animation but accurate zoom tag
it will work on 2.7 but we dont get that badass animation Padge1 gave us :c and god damn is/was it beautiful....

The MD3 Import Script can be Modified, or i can code a python script to auto delete double polygons (I don't speak Python so this option is for Mossy, and really isn't necessary)

Or the preferable method, ACR can be modified (when i find where the source code for reading the .md3 is) to use the Animation, and the Zoom Animation when a tag_zoom is not located)
This method has its own complications, no reload when ADS and the Animation could be inaccurate to what we want..
