Demo function ?

Hello,

i was on the HP of Assault Cube (Official)
and i found this under the feature list:
Supports recording of your game by the "demo" system.

but always when i click on the "tutorial_demo" of ACR i die and there is a message which says "get the map by tiping /getmap"

but there isnt any map to get ?

so how can i record the game with the Demo system ?

I guess /recorddemo (only in multiplayer game)

This game only supports AC 1.0.4 demos/maps.

when i tip in /recorddemo in multiplayer there is a message:

coud not vote: no permission

and can u play online wimme now ?

/recordddemo is for admins to control demo recording, not for the general public!

Yes indeed, in 0.92 we could do it in single or wherever we wanted.
Yes about 1.0.4, will you update ACR to the next AC version too with the new features?

can u pls add the demo function ? (for everybody)
when there is a demo function u can set it automatically on and when u were killed u can see a killcam
isnt that an idea for a newer ACR version ?

There are backports being done in the SVN. Not all AC 1.1 features are easy to backport to ACR.

hm.... i understand its very hard...
i tried to learn C++ but it was very hard for me ...
maybe because i am 14
but i can programm a HTML site

And another question to the demo function...

i have got an own server and it records all games which were played on this server but when i try to play the demo it didnt work

i just can run through the map without an weapon ..
there arent any bots ....
but there are sometimes shots which came from nowhere ?

So whenever I'm on the servers and I want to dowload the demo, the server always says either "no demos availabe" or "you must be admin to download" I really want to dowload demos for my montage making, so this dissapoints me. Is this because of the way the person running the server has set it up, or is this the game?
