Maybe a syringe gun similar to TF2? I guess it will do instant damage, but have a delayed healing effect. However, there will be no syringe effect (this engine sucks too much to even keep throwing knives instead of the indicator icon).

or something like urban terrors Bandage,:

ability to heal damaged players. Using the Bandage, you can heal players back to 40 percent of their full health.
just stay close to the players, and press a button, and you begin to regenerate life

maybe, you can add a extra itens, like:

compact med kit- you can heal players/yourself back to 60 percent of their full health, compared to only 40 percent.

Extra Ammunition- Extra ammo will double the number of clips you can have, exemple: sniper = 5/15 to 5/35 .

suicide bomb- you can commit suicide to try to kill the enemy, low damage compared to grenade, like 70%, if you die, the bomb detonated automatically.

radar camoufrage = you become invisible to enemy radar.

I already implemented something similar to TF2. It will do instant damage of 20-10 (depending on distance) but cause the target to regenerate 25 health over the next few seconds.

I might add perks in the future: maybe Extra ammo, suicide bomb would be abused way more than cod4's annoying martyrdom, no falling damage, +30% damage (explosive and bullet), +35% bullet damage only, +40% explosive damage only. Maybe the suicide bomb can be used if the player dies 10 times in a row or something like that happens to him.

I believe that would not be abuse, suicide bomb cause small damage, good if the enemy has low life, good to rush, like radar camoufrage-
shotgun + suicide bomb or smg + radar camouflage, good to rush.

extra ammo, good in survival or support, same for compact medkit-
lmg+extra ammo or sniper+c medkit, good to support.

+30% damage, 35% damage, I think it might have abuse in certain situations, especially when using autos or carbines(one shot kill).

extra ammo could be better, because there was no abuse, and the player want to do more damage, just select a stronger weapon,like rocket launcher, bolt action rifle or lmg, however, these weapons are not perfect = gameplay balance.

exemple, rocket launcher = reload in every shot, same for double barrel shotgun.
lmg = slow reload, bolt action rifle = slow fire interval..

about the video, one suggestion, shotgun/carbine and grenade cross are not good
for carbine, cross like cs and the other weapons, for shotgun, a small cicle, for grenade, no croos, other weapons are perfect, only missed the aim in cod style.

AC do not need many things, only new stuffs like detail(like shell drops or cod aim, however, you have already added this), more weapons, secundary weapons(pistols) and melee(knifes, swords, chainsaw..) and extra equips(compact med kit, extra ammo, suicide bomb, camouflage radar...) and a new item bonuse(to replace 2x pistol, like railgun or bfg), and the game will be perfect in my opinion.

I like the perks idea, its good for stratagy.
Just dont do it like most games, where the sniper has the health gun, machinegunner has more armor...
Would be great to be able to chose my perk and my weapon, like in cod Big Grin

but, in ac especial edition, would you completely customize your equipment(exemple- machinegun + heath gun(special radar)you see everything, even enemies invisible to radar, or sniper + extra ammo(so you do not need to move much to get more ammo).

about medkits, you still getting the map, but the difference is that you choose the time to use(if you select the special ability "compact medikit", you can heal more, exemple- 40 for normal and 60/80 for compact medikit/medic).

or, medikits increas your max heath(like 140% or 160% with c medikit, but, you cant heal to more than 100%)
