I present to you this tutorial, suggested by @HyperFlow:
How to run a server for n00bs
Wasn't that easy? Only 6 steps! If we cannot do registration checks, we'll give you a reminder upon registration that says "NO ERROR", which will not show up during renewals, but if we can, you should see server registered/renewed, or else you should read it! Ensure that you have port-forwarded correctly! Best regards,

you really missed one important part of running a server. To make the server public for everyone to play on, you need to PORTFORWARD 28770-28771 UDP (default ports for ACR)
