Finally made that nightvision thing working. It is all quite beta-like, but I think it is a good idea.
I know of some nice maps that were disliked only because they were to dark, this could solve that problem. @Victor: I do not know how the perks thing works, but Imo a nightvision perk would be best. Could you tell me how to make one, please? Download: http://rxn.lepus.uberspace.de/acr_mod.zip Sorry, no binaries, MinGW refuses to build so amd64 linux would be the only possible binary I could offer. RE: Nightvision!!
If you gave me the code, I could make a windows build.
Still alive in 2021. Wish you all the best and I'll drop in every now and again.

RE: Nightvision!!
Code is attached, a Windows build would be good as my linux graphics driver sucks.

RE: Nightvision!!
Ok, I'll try and get a build, it's harder to make a linux written code work on windows.

RE: Nightvision!!
You can't make it as a new perk. You can only add it to an existing perk.
Also, there is no reason for your mod to modify command.cpp. Just put COMMANDN into the rendergl.cpp. Best regards,

RE: Nightvision!!
Sorry, sorry...I tried a lot of different things, so it is all a bit...confused. Maybe as an addition to stealth perk?

RE: Nightvision!!
You could just make it a user option.

RE: Nightvision!!
Could someone please build that for Windows/32? I want to try out in *real* games, but my Linux drivers paint pictures as fast as...well, I don't even find something to compare and my Windows build environment is completely fucked up.
Btw.: Just recognized I posted all this into "Modeling", sorry! The C Programming Language: combines the flexibility of assembly language with the power of assembly language.

RE: Nightvision!!
I just tried to compile it witc Code Blocks and I obtained this error message.
Quote:Execution of 'cd ../src;make.exe -f Makefile install' in 'D:\documents\sourcescube\acrmod_02_05_07-src\codeblocks' failed. I don't understand what was wrong. They was confident : "Only some thousands of bricks, and it will look like something !"
