the red dot sight problem
Padge1 made an excellent scar-l witha red dot sight. However, when you were in a dark area, the dot would be darkened. I have a solution. When the player aims their weapon, the crosshair disappears. What if, when the crosshair disappears it changes into a red dot crosshair? It would appear as if it was a red dot sight on the weapon and would never darken!

RE: the red dot sight problem
The problem is if you have an iron-sight weapon, then the floating dot might look strange.

RE: the red dot sight problem
This feature must be added only to the guns that have red dot sight,so enableing and unenableing the crosshair feature must be contrlooed very easily.Maybe trhough the md3 cfg. Some kinda of command ther maybe!

RE: the red dot sight problem
I might try if I find the time. The idea is good, so why not? As the crosshairs are weapon-dependant anyway, it should be quite much copy and paste (I hope).
