True true. Comparing Glocks and M&P pistols is like comparing apples to apples. Both are good. It seems however that everyone knows the distinctive box-like shape of the Glock's slide.

On a side note, can you model the Glock 34? Or do you think that game mechanics of having 15 rounds will screw the G34?

We will see, right now it's hard to even find a quality Glock 17 model so I don't know about the G34... also I don't know where to place the model or how to export/import to md3.....

Huh... xdEpicZombie, dm.mossberg590a1 want to make a new model, not find one. And this model seems to have an insanely big number of polygon.

Just take it as a template and help. I'm not very skilled in modelling, but hte Glock seems to be relatively easy. There is that nearly rectangular body to start with and noone cares if the hand part looks a bit rectangular-like if the texture is quite nice.
Also the Glock 17 is a weapon that can be found very often in games (fe Halflife).

Im sorry if I understood wrong,but yeah as @rXn said,making the Glock should be easy.Mostly extruding faces.It can be done with like only 600 polys or less.The Gif image shows a model that is very low poly too.It is a very nice example how You can make the model,that is very low poly,look good with nice texture maps.If @dm.mossberg590a1 needs step-by-step tutorial in Milkshape 1.8.4,Im glad to help!And sorry again if I understood wrong.

Lol, I want to learn how to model by modeling the Glock, but for actually putting it into the game, there are a ton of Glock models out there so somebody can throw it together and make it work. My internet connection is really slow so I can't download a ton of models and see which one is the best. I found a Glock that works though, but I still don't know how to import md3 files so I can look at a previous model so I can position it properly. There seems to be a lot of homemade scripts flying around but I don't know how well these scripts work, so if you guys can tell me what you use then it'll be a lot easier .

Since the usp model is actually a sig it would be better if the sig is 9mm because its stopping power isn't fantastic. Then we should have the 1911 instead with more stopping power and 8 round capacity.

9mm? I doubt if the pistol is in .38, the stopping power is pretty bad.
