Yea epicz teeseract looks insane
Global Illumination
ShadowMipmaping
Mipmapping
Omnilighting
Improved in game map editor
HD and Filtered Textures
Sound Syncing
Physic Recongnition
And a beast ass HUD
I think real eclipse by far will surpass Tesseract
But one question remains
Is it real eclipse?
All this time developing we make a fork off a original game,
If anything I think the game should be based off Cube 2 not Red Eclipse
I say that because of copyright issues,
Red Ecliose might be as big of dicks as AC
And I can't live knowing
RedEclipse could be taking 69% credit for your work
I say a new game,
Unrelated to any others except for the engine
That will first
throw us out of copyright issues
And other company's won't hate on you for forking their game
And lastly if someone sees you playing "Real Eclipse"
The general population of players will do the same thing with Real Eclipse as they did with ACR
Just call it by the original games name
In result someone hears
Goes google "Red Eclipse"
Boom, one potential Real Eclipse player absorbed to Red Eclipse
AC wouldn't be as popular as it is if ACR didn't exist
Just because the similarities if the name
Besides
We have the engine
We have supporters
We have Ruler who is one hell of a great programmer
We have Epicz and Bluwargy and a couple of other modelers (me soon too)
We have DSO who made more realism suggestions to ACR then I would've belived possible ( he's also our gun techy)
We have experince
We have a need to enjoy ourselves
Why just fork another game :<
That's a unnesscary step
I'm only saying that because as far as I know Real Eclipse has no development and is still eligible for a major change like that....
