Personally, I'd prefer it if we could have playermodels that look more like infantry soldiers rather than people in MOPP Gear.

I really like the playermodels from this one game: Delta Force: Black Hawk Down. They're really simple, yet look nice.

I did a search, but couldnt find the models from the game. However, maybe we could try convering cs 1.6 models to md3 format. They would be perfect. You might have to scale them though.

Man, I used to own that game too, before I installed Windows 8. If I knew beforehand, I could've simply copied the playermodels over and maybe have somebody tweak it.

I guess one problem would be copyrighting issues. Hopefully when I start CAD 1, I'll learn some modelling skills (that or the counselor just sold me out on Bravo Sierra)

Can anybody find some playermodels that actually resemble soldiers? I mean, who fights wars in full MOPP suits (chemical warfare)???

Something like this would do. Note that one guy with another skin. "Delta Force Black Hawk Down" has this system where the player's team has the Delta Operator Skin (The majority in the picture), while the opposing force has another skin, even though the enemy team is also wearing the same uniform. This is for identification of course, but can this be carried over?

i dont think that we can get models from DFBHD.They are packed somehow and anyway then comes the copyright problem.Nova wont give nothing to us

Aw man. I understand. Yeah, I had a feeling there was going to be copyright infringement.

Still, those are what I call playermodels fit for a shooter, not the current "MOPP suits". There isnt any chemical/biological warfare implemented in this game (though maybe zombies?)
