If you check the code, the shotgun overrides the crosshair function. It's a pain to override the crosshair individually for each weapon.

However, it is possible to put the crosshair stuff into one function and check for the weapon.

I have moved the old posts into this thread. I think it was a forum glitch because the forum was down for part of the time when I was posting that.
