Right lads, assault rifle time

M feeling the need to model another assault rifle, will replace the ak47 as my scar is out dated and the m16 i feel is still being used and is a decent standard, let me know some suggestions, i wa thinking maybe a sig or maybe even a bullpup for some fun? Famas or aug? Let me know what you guys would like and if i see one i think will be fun it shall be started tomorrow (and ill hunt out my muzzle flash file for you all aswell while im at it as xd asked)

Also, can you make an assault rifle with a red dot on it? I mean, now that we have the pseudo-red dot in game, it makes guns look so cool in ADS mode. Maybe something like an Aimpoint T1 micro if that's a bit easier to model.

I think right now we would be better with a remodeling of the M21 or Mk14 EBR or something since there is no licensed remodel of the M21. Here are the remodels of other weapons...

M16 - Padge's M16
AK47 - Padge's AK
Subgun - Padge's Scorpion

Mk12 - bluwarguy's Mk12
M21 - ???
Barrett M82 - bluwarguy's Barrett (texture licensing status unknown)

If you really want to make a bullpup, I suggest the Tavor Tar-21 since that is regarded as the best bullpup right now in terms of ergonomics and reliability.

Seconded on the TAR-21. It's a nifty little bullpup that has ergonomics that rival the AR-15 platform. Magazine changes are also pretty cool with them.

i have thought about the honey badger, would be pretty sweet but we have no bullpup weapons and i think they would be sweet in game, ive had a look at the tavor tar 21 before and it was a bugger to get reference for, also, what gun would be decent to replace the m21? something flashy :L sick of seeing ar15 recievers on everything today,so common and i know its because their good in a fight or whatever but i just like making things look cool.

@Padge1, have you looked at the Keltec RFB from Battlefield 4? It's a decent bullpup battle rifle that could potentially become the replacement for the M21. That, or maybe a Mk. 14? LOL, AR-pattern rifles are my favorite weapons. They're so versatile and ergonomic. These are the potential M21 replacement suggestions.

I actually barely noticed it right now, but I dont think you need to model that, since that's only for any rail attachments such as lasers, flashlights, grips. just mount the scope system on the rail the RFB has
