The logo on white looks like its edges don't look good. It's better if it works on both dark and light backgrounds.

I noticed that, I think it is the shade of red, I will play with it a little more and post another version when I find a better tint.

Ok, went quite a bit brighter so it looks good on dark and light backgrounds.

Well, it looks pixelated, and obviously doesn't look vector. That logo needs to be recreated in Illustrator (or Inkscape, or any vector program).

I think that the combination logo make the plus look too small.
