ipod/iphone port
I was just playing Cube on my ipod when I thought that it would be cool to port Assault Cube or ACR to ipod/iphone. I mean, they did port the Cube engine to it. So I think it would be awesome to play ACR on an ipod. The controls might be a bit hard, but if they also ported Battlefield: Bad Company 2 to iphone, it shouldn't be that bad. If we cant do ACR, the least we could do is port original AC.

We just need a developer to port ACR.

RE: ipod/iphone port
I was thinking of porting the engine to SDL2 which will let us compile for any i-device and android. If I find time after my vacation I'll get it set up. We'd need a new keymap setup though so what ideas are there for that?

I think you reversed the move with the aim. It's supposed to be move on left, aim/shoot on right.

RE: ipod/iphone port
We can look into it, but I think this would be a very long term thing if we get around to it as it would require a large amount of work, though it could be a very interesting result.

RE: ipod/iphone port
i think it would be a great idea. we might need to have a 'sticky aim' feature though
